Positive: The view is spectacular. The room is nice and clean alot of space love the kitchen and how its set out Negative: Not sure if the air con works didn't while we were there wasn't getting cold so just had the doors open

Beware! Worst accommodation experience ever in my 30+ years of traveling. The property management company treated us not Positive: The view and the location. Negative: 1. After our booking was made, they sent a message saying I had to call overseas to the company to give credit card info including the security code over the phone, otherwise they would not give us the check-in information. They claimed this was because booking.com would not let them charge security guarantees. (But this was not stated in the booking, and giving out credit card info like that is a huge security risk as they could then charge/use my credit card at will and I would not have any recourse). I had to follow their demand though, as the booking was already paid for and non-refundable. 2. 24 hours before the check-in time, they sent over an instruction which said I needed to pick up the keys in a dropbox which is located 25 mins walk AWAY from the apartment itself! 3. We traveled with a kid and 4 pieces of baggages. The booking included transportation from the Gold Coast airport (our flight arrived at 12:30pm and we got picked up by the driver) but the destination was to the apartment. When we arrived at the apartment at around 1pm there was no way to get into the building nor store the baggages, as the building’s manager said the specific apartment we booked was managed by a different management company! 4. Whilst my wife and my kid stood outside the building in the cold with the baggages, I went to and arrived at the key pickup location at 1:30pm, and the key wasn’t in the dropbox yet! I called the management company and they said they sent me messages that the key would only be available at 3pm! I inquired why the keys are located so far away and the timing was so bad given their pickup knew our flight and pickup time. They replied the pickup was an arrangement from Booking.com and they were not responsible. 5. Bien Positive: La ubicación es excelente, a 1 cuadra de la playa, y la cocina está bien equipada. Negative: A tener en cuenta si son 4 personas: 2 duermen en un sofá cama en el living y para ir al baño hay que pasar por el dormitorio. El aire acondicionado está solo en el living; en el dormitorio hay un ventilador que casi no enfría. Éramos 4 y los artículos de cortesía fueron escasos: muy poco champú, jabón y papel higiénico.
